Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving the items.
Items must be in their original condition, with receipt and tags attached.
Sale items are non-returnable unless defective, and worn or soiled items cannot be returned.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7–10 business days.

يشترط أن تكون القطع بحالتها الأصلية مع الفاتورة والبطاقات المرفقة

المنتجات المخفضة غير قابلة للإرجاع إلا في حال وجود خلل مصنعي. كما ان القطع المتسخه غير قابلة للإرجاع

في حال استرجاع القطع يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال ٧-١٠ ايام عمل
